Testing Facilities

Post weaving, all fabrics are first inspected for all defects under the American 4 Point System. Fabrics which are mendable, are mended and the rest are rejected. After rejecting the fabrics with mistakes are they taken for Processing. At the process house, post finishing the fabrics are checked by independant Fabric Checking Professionals, and only then inwarded into our warehouse.

At our warehouse, we Quality Check every meter of fabric before inwarding them. So that whenever the goods are despatched they are 100% defect free and immediately ready for despatch!
